Dr. Iara Gouveia is a medical doctor with international training and a strong commitment to integrative health, wellness, and patient-centered care. Born in Faro, she completed her medical degree at Charles University – Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen, one of Europe’s most respected and historic medical institutions.
Dedicated to continuous professional development, Dr. Iara expanded her expertise through a masters in Aesthetic Medicine, Clinical Nutrition, and Anti-ageing Medicine, accredited by UDIMA.
Currently completing her internship in Family and General Medicine, Dr. Iara brings a comprehensive and holistic clinical perspective to her practice, focusing on prevention, lifestyle, and individualised care. She is also pursuing a Master’s in Hyperbaric Medicine, deepening her knowledge in advanced therapeutic approaches that support healing, performance, and long-term health.
Dr. Iara offers an individualised and evidence-informed approach, integrating hyperbaric oxygen therapy, nutritional optimisation, aesthetic care, and longevity-focused protocols.
